What do you think is the best? a nine to five office, or flexible hours?

well I will prefer 9 to 5 working hours because I definitely know when to start my work and when to stop it. flexible hours are not my type of thing.

9 to 5 shift is the best timing for me. Am very comfortable with this slot of timing.

The same routine of 9/5 liked by most of people but i don’t know why.

but for me it seems like irritating sound of tik tik tik tik that would make me deaf.

so im flexible type of person.

I am a night person, prefers to work in the quietness of night. I tend to be more efficient and productive when I am not disturbed by other influences. But I am sure the pandemic have changed everyones prerogative. Not many get to choose their work timing. In fact for the many who have lost their livelihood, working hours or the shift wouldn’t matter as long as they get a new job. But yes, being flexible in your working hours is always the best.

Flexible timings suits me the best. I don’t know why but I feel more productive at work and I feel I get more time to spend at home as well.

Normal 9-5 shift is good for me and I prefer it most of the days until or unless I have some important work. Basically this timing seems to be good for work, can have food at proper time and sleeping hours are also comfortable.

Office jobs generally have nine to five shifts the world over. There should be a good reason behind it. I feel productivity and convenience could be the main factor. For me this shift is best suited as after work I get time to spend with my family, which to me is very important.

Instead of fixing timeframe it would be best to evaluate a person on his ability to complete a job within a given time. This would be a more efficient way of managing things.

I prefer 9-5 shift. Am used to it and I haven’t worked in any other shifts yet.

9 to 5 timing makes you bound and that is why it is efficient. If there were flexible work hours, at least I would never be able to finish my tasks.
