Governments should invest in alternative energy sources. am I right?

of course the energy sources like sunlight, wind, uranium can be a good alternate to crude oil.

With global warming and resultant climate change being a serious global issue, government have woken up to the fact that alternative energy sources have to be promoted on urgent basis. Ironically, all through we had abundance of natural resources capable of handling our power and energy requirement with minimal or no damage to the environment. Yet, dependence on fossil fuels and petroleum products have caused immense and irreparable damage to our earth. Alternative sources like the wind, which is capable of generating power on a massive scale; use of either photovoltaic or solar-thermal power, with solar farms which can generate electrical power on a large scale; Hydroelectric power is another source which uses the natural force of flowing water to turn turbines attached to a generator; Biomass, derived from burning plant and animal bi products, and is produced from readily available organic material, such as garbage, manure, and other waste, can be converted into a gas that can power gas-driven turbines, steam-generating equipment, and internal combustion engines. The options of alternative fuels is vast provided government takes initiative to move away from the current polluting sources and encourages the earth friendly options.

Many Governments have already started implementing this, Germany has almost 80% of their energy needs from Solar Farms and alternate energy sources. Countries with huge population like India and China as also catching up China has just installed a large solar farm which is shaped like a Panda. And India has installed a huge solar farm that generates about 4750 MW. Which is a bench mark in Solar Production. Australia has tied up with Solar City a Company headed by Elon Musk to implement solar power plants in their countries. All these actions are highly appreciable and would have a great impact in the future.

Definitely solar energy, wind energy are being upgraded and government have been alloting funds for it. Solar energy for domestic use should also be encouraged.

Yeah, Government should interest in alternatives energy.

Because this will help us to fight against global warming. Otherwise, we will face the harsh effect of nature.

It’s high time that government introduce solar energy in every house. For an average of 250-watt solar panel, we would need around 28-34 solar panels.

Countries Such as Germany has taken alternative energy seriously, they get about 80% of their power need from solar and other renewable resources. Other countries must follow this approach to implement green energy, it’s high time at the current rate we are going, we would reach point of no return in few years. And won’t be able to reverse the damages caused by pollution in our planet earth.
